“This is my second repair job with Alex's Paint and Body Shop. My car was hit in a parking lot and while not terribly damaged the paint on the right fender/bumper was scraped down to the metal. “OK, so you know when you do something stupid repeatedly and you know it bothers your wife. And all you really want to do is fix it Well, Power garage is a little too small for two cars sometimes. I have been putting little scratches and dings in the side of her car just because my door always touched it just enough to cause that kind of damage. I know it’s my fault. I own that , But anyway, I finally decided that it was a priority and I saved up the money to try to get something done to make it look better. What I got was way better than my expectations . “Caliber Collision deserves a solid 5 star because of service, communication, and execution. I was astounded when I first went to this location for help and was immediately greeted and the process was explained in detail. They even coordinated with my rental car company to get me picked up. They finished the job days ahead of schedule and kept me in the loop the whole time via text. You can even check the status with one click of a link, it was very easy and clear. At pickup, I was greeted immediately and they had everything ready to go. My service advisor even came over and shook my hand asking how I thought everything turned out. It was flawless! I honestly couldn't tell the difference before and after. Well done all around - excellent experience!”

“My tire popped when I was conveniently around the corner from the shop. I went in, hoping they’d offer for a service to be able to change my tire. The lady at the front desk was very kind. She went and talked to somebody and they had me pull my car into one of the bases. They literally changed my tire in like two minutes. I asked the man who changed it and the woman at the front desk how much I owed and they insisted to not worry about it. They turned what should’ve been a very stressful experience into a positive one. I can’t think them enough for their kindness and hospitality. I will definitely be using their services In the future.
