What I appreciate most is their honesty. They’re always upfront about what needs to be taken care of right away and what can reasonably wait, which helps me plan and never feel pressured. That kind of transparency is hard to find.

“Recently we had issues with our son’s car and took it to Brakes Plus, we are really happy we did. We have an older Kia - it’s hard to know what’s wrong with these older cars and they were patient with us, kind, walk us through 100 percent of our questions over several days and ultimately took care of us for half the original quote. What we thought was wrong, turned out to be not that big of an issue and they saved us a ton of money and time. We have been going here for years, we are lifetime customers. Don’t let the outside of the shop fool you just because it’s not a big and fancy shop doesn’t mean there’s no good work coming out of it.
