That shop was backed up until February (they repair cars they buy to sell used as well) so I ended up going with Caliber Collision and I couldn't be happier! The bumper was fixed and painted and looks like new! Took less than a week and everybody was nice and helpful. All my questions were quickly answered by Darren on the phone and in person including a whole new estimate after I picked it up for some other damage I got in a hit and run.
