“Went to the Prosper location yesterday and spoke with Chris, the store manager, as well as his team. I had a landscaping project that went south quickly and some of my Juniper topiaries were dying as well as a shrub. Chris spent a lot of time with me, recommending the correct products to help the situation and even went as far as supplying me with some stakes and ties to keep them upright. They were all so very kind and I will definitely be back! With their guidance, I’m confident my plants will survive.”

“I placed an online order. I wanted to just stop on the way home from work, grab my order and go. Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, that's exactly how quick and easy it was! As I was parking, in an Online Order Pickup spot, clearly marked with a highly visible orange sign, I couldn't help but notice a big sign giving a phone number with clear instructions on how to notify the store of our arrival, if we were having difficulty with the app. As I looked at the app to see how to check in, an employee came to my window asking if I was there to pick up my order, and she had it in her hand - I'd already let them know I was in my way. Could not have been easier! This was a great experience! I went back to Home Depot today (three days later) for screws. Going in, I was dreading a long search and a lot of head scratching while I figured out what I needed for the job I had to do, and where to find it. As luck would have it, an employee was in the Fasteners aisle! I showed him what I had, explained that I needed something similar, but longer. He helped me find what I needed, and where the package was marked with the size, so I could more easily find it myself if I have to. Within a minute, I was paying for my purchase. In the short time he helped me, he was very friendly. In the future, I won't be so intimidated about going into Home Depot with my very limited experience in all things...well, Home Depot-ish. You're doing a great job, Home Depot, and I appreciate you!”

“I’ll tell you what - Michael Crowder (I think is his last name) puts the PRO on Pro Desk. My team started a 5 day concrete job at an apartment complex nearby. Today is Thursday - I’ve been in this Home Depot multiple times a day every day this week. Michael has helped me most of the times I’ve been in. Let me tell you - above and beyond is an understatement. He has such great energy and a willingness to help. Funny fact is he is retired from medicine so he works here just for fun! That’s how you know he loves his job. He has been a bright spot in my work week and I can’t show enough appreciation. Anytime I’m doing projects within reasonable distance - I’m driving to this Home Depot even if there’s one closer to my job site! Haha thank you Michael!”

“I walked in to Calloway’s needing information on fertilizer for my house plants and Victor took so much time explaining everything I needed to know. He made several recommendations based on price point and based on my need. He walked me through the dilutions and made supplemental recommendations if needed and he made sure I fully understood the directions. After all of that he said I’d be welcome to come back with plant pictures so he could better help me navigate issues if these recommendations did not work. He was encouraging, patient and spent a lot of time educating me. It’s so very obvious how passionate he is about what he does!”
