“Brought my vehicle to get some tires replaced and Alexander was very knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process. I noticed the entire team did their best to acknowledge customers waiting even when they were super busy! Thank you for great service!”
““These guys were quick—had everything done in just five minutes. The job was handled professionally, and now I feel confident riding on the road again. I highly recommend them—top-tier service!””
“Store manager Daniel was SUPER great today like always!!! My husband and I have been using Firestone for a long time. The manager went out of his way and got me some Sweet and Low for my coffee, that was super nice of him. Will always come back to store in Little Elm, Tx”

“I will recommend the Brakes Plus in Little Elm to everyone. Brought my son's car in for service and Nick called back and advised that we did not need any brakes or pads at this time. The honesty that was provided at this location you can't find anywhere and I will be bringing my vehicles to this location moving forward.”
