“This place is amazing! I walked in about 1.5 hours before closing. I needed a few things done to the car including oil change and both front and rear brake service. Woody was great! He was able to squeeze me in the same day. Nick was the mechanic, he did a great job as well. They even stayed a bit after closing to finish the job. Big shoutout to this shop, I’ll be coming here for all my car services moving forward”

“TL;DR Outstanding service, quickly resolved the issue. I can’t thank these guys enough for what they did. I was visiting from out of town when I noticed what I thought was a minor tire issue. Between events, I called to see if they had an open bay and could take a look. They discovered that my brake pads were completely worn down to the metal. They completed a full brake job within two hours and got me safely back on the road without missing any of my events. To top it off, they applied a discount and made sure the tire issue I had initially noticed was also resolved. Excellent service, honest communication, and an incredibly fast turnaround. I highly recommend them!”

“We used Xtreme for hail damage - very happy! You can’t tell there was damage to the panels or the trim. We didn’t want to use insurance, and their pricing was very competitive. Highly recommend!”

“I had such a great experience with Roger at Pep Boys! He went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything that was going on with my vehicle. He explained everything to me in layman’s terms, which I really appreciated because car repairs can sometimes feel overwhelming and confusing. Roger was also incredibly helpful with assisting me with my warranty and making sure I understood my options. What stood out to me most was how kind, patient, and reassuring he was throughout the entire process. He genuinely made me feel more optimistic about my situation instead of stressed or frustrated. Customer service like this makes such a difference! Roger was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and truly made me feel like he cared about helping me. Pep Boys is lucky to have someone like Roger on their team. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who comes in needing assistance. Thank you, Roger, for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier!”

“Daphne makes the experience great every time! She’s polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and so so kind. My car gets its work done. There have been minor things like the air caps on my tires not getting back on, or the problem with the radio not getting figured out. Recently I left and my check engine light came on. I blame the car, I think the service people are doing the best they can. Everyone is friendly and kind whenever I have gone.”

“Got off of work at 5pm and unfortunately had a flat. There was quite a large shard of metal lodged into my tire. I limped my car down the road to this location and was immediately greeted by Toni. She was more than amazing and helpful! Her and Andrew (technician) went above and beyond to get me in and out after expecting to wait around for a bit. I cannot be more grateful for these two. Amazing staff and efficient work!!”

“I was out of town when my daughter’s car broke down last week. I felt so helpless and concerned that she wouldn’t get fair treatment. However, Ron at this Firestone was amazing! He was kind and explained everything to her. Then I called yesterday to chk something, and Ron went out of his way again to help me. He just took over and is really making improvements, so give them a try next time you need work done! Thanks for taking care of my girl Ron!!”

“We've had whole set of tires changed at Costco a couple of times. And we've had great experiences at Frisco Costco's tire center over the years: from flat repair, inflation help, tire sensor replacement, regular balance & rotation, etc etc. We came to ask about one tire today, after all four tires inflated just one tire still appears a bit low on tire pressure (was at a different Costco's tire center yesterday but did not get much help at all so the tire pressure sensor came back up again). The team members at Frisco's tire center check me in quickly, and within an hour they completed the tire repair and double checked all the inflation on all tires (came in early afternoon on a weekday makes a big difference on wait time because they are usually really busy). Thank you so very much, Everyone, at Frisco Tire Center. Highly recommended!”
