“This is my bank and I have been coming to it for about 5 years and have never had any issues with their services. Always friendly and fast so I am happy to bank with them at RBFCU.”
“Help please. Debt card was cancelled due to potential fraud. This was good. RBFCU mailed me 3 new cards. Credit, personal checking, and business checking debt card. Recieved the new cards. Tried to activated but the employee who ordered the cards also cancelled them. Unable to activate. Okay. They made a mistake. Member services mailed me again new cards. The checking and business cards and again the cards failed to activate. Went to Branch. Asked why? Is it expensive to be mailing cards? Answer. They said No. We will mail you again another new set of cards. Who is the supervisor of member service? Irene. Please make sure it is done correctly. Guess what? They mail me new cards and they did not work. Back to the Branch. Mail cards for the 4th time. Answer. No. I said after 30 mintues speaking with member services. Here is my debt card and please escalate to senior management because a member should not have to experience going to a branch so many times and yet with no solution to the problem involving a debt card. Who is responsible? The Board Chair and CEO. Time for changes? Maybe. Let see what senior management and the CEO respond to my message? My message is a direct challenge to the CEO. Please don't answer me with call member services. Done that. Does not work. Please refer to RBFCU chair of the supervisory committee. Help me please.”
“Excellent customer service! Andrew and Kat were extremely helpful, professional and welcoming. Manager, Sylvia, was also very responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in resolving issues. We recommend RBFCU, and most specifically, this location. Staff is absolutely wonderful!”
