“I have used this location 3 times now and each interaction has been positive. Specially today 1/14/26, Jose went above and beyond to make sure all of the tests I needed were run. My doc input the wrong code for a test and Jose spent a good amount of time outreching to them, getting the correct code and he kept me up-to-date the entire time. I appreciate his dedication to his patients and the time he spent on my care. Thank you, Jose!”

“Quest has drawn labs many times. The insurance information is still current and on record. We verified this when we made the appointment. However, the employee almost wouldn't draw the labs because we didn't have the card with us in the clinic. In the end, she looked on the computer and verified coverage. This hassle is unnecessary. Quest needs to use information already on hand and simply ask if there are any changes. Other than that, the lab drawer did a very good job of getting the blood required.”
“Tiffany took excellent care of me. I was sent over by the Labcorp on Oakrun because they ran out of the tops they needed for my son's labs. This is the 4th lab we had to go to because several sent us away because of lack of supplies or just incorrect information that delayed my sons care. Tiffany honored our appointment and got us in despite being busy and only herself and the other tech Leandra running the place. She even drew my sons labs and did it without any issue (pro). Thank you for your understanding Tiffany during a stressful and anxious time and being that person that impacted our day positively. We need more people in the world like Tiffany who will empathize with people.”

With the impersonal exception of the indifferent person who checks you in and verifies they will be paid everyone of the technicians have been amazingly skilled. With a young person who had a bad experience with another outfit, he has consistently found a relatively painless experience and quick turnaround providing accurate information for his continued treatment. Very satisfied with the process as stated, an efficient visit with little to no personal interaction! Possibly due to a steady stream of people with work orders and limited time to interact. Don't expect any bedside manner like mama used to practice decade's ago. Simply a personal experience no more no less.”
