“I went in to get information as KJ’s Auto Accessories is a dealer for RealTruck products. I liked there were samples of all tonneau covers. On previous truck had tri-fold hard tonneau from Real Truck. I would not comfortably use that on new truck as the top of bed is as tall as me. I was interested in roller tonneau cover. KJ’s answered all my questions. One of my concerns was Retrax reviews mentioned could get aligned properly with self install. That is a big deal. KJ’s said could order , have in a day, and installation was included. I am very happy with everything and helpful nature of owner/counter help. I highly recommend KJ’s. “I was returning to Round Rock, TX after a doctor appointment in Victoria, TX (2 1/2 hr drive) and noticed that my power steering wasn't working properly. In addition, the air conditioner wouldn't work, and being 102 degrees, it was not a pleasant drive with the windows down! I stopped in Lockhart, TX at Advance Auto Parts to buy some power steering fluid, and could barely turn the steering wheel to get into the parking lot. The manager, a pleasant woman with a warm smile, helped me with my purchase. Then Craig, who also works there, offered to help me put the steering fluid in my vehicle. Turns out, I didn't need the fluid, there was a different problem. The belt that controls the power steering AND the air conditioner was missing! So I returned the fluid and bought the correct belt. However, the problem was that it was very close to closing time for all the mechanics in town. Craig called every mechanic he could think of to help me get my car fixed before closing. You see, I have a disabled son that I needed to get back to Round Rock, to assist him that evening and there was no one else to take my place. At the same time, the manager was making calls to local tow trucks to find someone who could tow my car to any mechanic that Craig could find. I was so hot from the heat, and getting so much help meant more to me than I can express! In the end, a tow truck was located that could come immediately, deliver my car to a mechanic close by that could do the work the next day. I was so touched by their generous help, I was practically in tears when I left. They went beyond what most people would have done for a customer. And they deserve to receive the BEST possible review. Thank you, thank you , thank you!”
