“My aunt told me to come here for appliances instead of going to a big box store and wow I didn’t even know this place was in Longview, but I was very impressed from the first phone call. They were very straightforward into the point with pricing and all-around professional and great to deal with. I don’t think I will ever buy any appliances from another big box store again. Support local and before you get your items, they test them out in their store to make sure that they are working properly, no leaks, etc. I was highly impressed.”
“We purchased our washer and dryer about 10 yrs ago we had one issue with the dryer and they sent someone out immediately and fixed problem. It's time for an upgrade and will be going back for our new washer. Yes the dryer still works perfectly.”

“Start to finish it was a great experience. We had been shopping for an XL twin bed and mattress for a family member going into memory care. We thought it would be easy to find both and be able to get them fast. After four stores and no luck I called Ivan Smith and got Kitsy. I explained the situation and she said she could make it happen, so we drove over. By the time we got there she had found both for us and was able to get them delivered the next day and for a fair price too. She was so sweet and extremely helpful. Then the delivery driver texted when he was on his way and called when he got to the memory care facility to make sure he took it to the correct place. Then texted when it was delivered. He was also very nice and professional. I will be a loyal Ivan Smith shopper from now on and I’ll recommend them to everyone I know. They took a difficult situation and helped to make it a little easier.”
