“Start to finish it was a great experience. We had been shopping for an XL twin bed and mattress for a family member going into memory care. We thought it would be easy to find both and be able to get them fast. After four stores and no luck I called Ivan Smith and got Kitsy. I explained the situation and she said she could make it happen, so we drove over. By the time we got there she had found both for us and was able to get them delivered the next day and for a fair price too. She was so sweet and extremely helpful. Then the delivery driver texted when he was on his way and called when he got to the memory care facility to make sure he took it to the correct place. Then texted when it was delivered. He was also very nice and professional. I will be a loyal Ivan Smith shopper from now on and I’ll recommend them to everyone I know. They took a difficult situation and helped to make it a little easier.”
