“Outstanding customer service from the staff and management. These folks deserve to be in a bigger facility. They have outgrown their current location. I appreciate how the staff has the willingness to make sure you are taken care of. If they don't have it in stock they'll either order it right away for you or check the surrounding stores. As a field mechanic, I will sometimes be in need of some last minute tools or accessories depending on my task at hand. HFT will be my first place I always check prior to going elsewhere.
