“About a month ago I went into the Gilmer Road location; I was not a “customer” but a Power of Attorney for one of their customers. It was not a great situation to be in and Chelsea in bookkeeping was AMAZING! She accommodated me in every way possible, went above and beyond her call of duty, and even came to the drive through one day to notarize a document that they needed on file so that I would not be inconvenienced. Today, when I went into the bank to take care of some final business, Chelsea, once again, provided great customer service along with Kerry Wilburn, and Amelia Kelly. (Great name by the way!) I must say, if I ever become dissatisfied with my personal financial institution or win the lottery and need an additional one, Spring Hill State Bank will be my number one choice! Thank you for being so kind in a hard situation and providing the kind of customer service that is hard to find in this day and age. Just yesterday I was at Telco Credit Union to take care of some similar business and received the exact opposite that I received here. Even though you showed compassion, you remained professional. You guys ROCK! Thank you again!”
