“Accompanied my granddaughter to The Buckle yesterday and was overwhelmed by the excellent staff who provided the absolute best customer service. The employees are knowledgeable of their products and extremely attentive. Two staff members spent an hour bringing her jeans to try on and consulting with her to find the preferred fit. They even provided me with a chair to sit in. I observed them treating each customer with the same courtesy and respect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“These people are awesome! They know what they are doing. We walked in last minute to rent a tuxedo for Senior prom. They were polite, professional and very helpful. The tuxedo was absolutely perfect and fit was excellent. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Longview.”

“Not a fan of the Sephora at Kohl’s because they usually don’t have the items in store that I want but the staff in the Tyler store are always helpful. It’s easier to just order online if you know what items you want because they don’t carry some items that the stand alone stores offer nor do they accept returns from the stand alone stores.”
