Staff displayed an acute and thorough understanding of the products they carry, and a demonstrable knowledge of technological advances in foot-care, like 3D foot modeling. The arch of my left foot is higher and slightly shorter in length than my right, and I was offered 3D printed insoles to correct fitment issues I have always felt but did not know why, until now. Quality and reliability are what make Red Wing a lifetime brand, but this business being locally owned and operated for over 20 years, is why it is a hometown store worthy of patronage. -Thanks guys”

“Very clean and very cozy feeling. The staff was very friendly and went out of her way trying to help us Christmas shop for our son who is in high school and going through that transition where all the boys want to start wearing wranglers and cowboy boots. She was very knowledgeable about the colors and styles all the kids are preferring so that was very helpful as well. The only problem with this store is their inventory was not very stocked up. There was no jeans in any of the sizes 31w, 30w, 29w. There was one pair at 32w 33L which were way to long and wouldn't fit right so we had to go to Cavenders after it was all said and done. Even though we left with no clothes the young lady that helped us gave us a plethora of knowledge to take with us so we were very pleased and grateful for that. I would still absolutely recommend this place for everyone.”

“I was looking for shoe's to relieve me from plantar fasciitis pain in my feet. I knew I wanted Hoka but not sure which one I'd need or even like. Josh came to my rescue. Introduced me to the shoe I liked and one he recommended as well. He was kind and patient as I walked the store in both pair of shoes trying to decide on which one to purchase. He explain how each pair of shoe's was different and what each pair would do to support my feet. I went with his recommendation! Thank you Josh for taking the time to help me find the right shoes. I will definitely be back to shop for shoe's here. The customer service from entering the store until we left was pretty awesome!”

“I LOVE Plato’s closet! I came here for the first time with my friends around the beginning of the year and we loved it! Since then all of us have been back several times together and apart. We love the good prices for gently used to new products! Not only do we get to help the environment, but when we don’t have a use for a piece of clothing we have it finds a home for someone else at Plato’s , and we get some pocket cash to go towards whatever! Will continue to shop here. After discovering this place I will virtually never purchase new ever again unless completely necessary. Thank you Plato’s for simply existing! Also, employees are sooo friendly I have been very pleased each time I have visited with the customer service. (Also gotta love the constant sales)”
