“This little store holds some big hearts, they did not disappoint when I went into to have my foot scanned and sized for my boots, quick process and great fitting boots. The extra dry label won’t lie it holds down in whatever whether keeping my feet safe and warm, definitely recommend.”

“I had the pleasure of being helped by a young teen associate at Famous Footwear, and she truly made my shopping experience a breeze! From the moment I walked in, it was clear she was dedicated to providing excellent service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to ensure everything went smoothly. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and even made great recommendations based on my preferences. Her dedication to making sure every customer has a positive experience was really evident. It’s not often you encounter someone so passionate and attentive, and she really stood out for all the right reasons. I’ll definitely be coming back to Famous Footwear — thanks to such top-notch service! Highly recommend!”

“Accompanied my granddaughter to The Buckle yesterday and was overwhelmed by the excellent staff who provided the absolute best customer service. The employees are knowledgeable of their products and extremely attentive. Two staff members spent an hour bringing her jeans to try on and consulting with her to find the preferred fit. They even provided me with a chair to sit in. I observed them treating each customer with the same courtesy and respect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

He stretched my boots to make sure they were what I wanted and not the thing that just made him money.
