“I want to give a huge thank you to Ms. Vicky and her entire team for making this such a pleasant and life-changing experience. I have experienced so much relief, and honestly, there were times when I was losing hope. I was in so much pain and dealing with swelling in my joints that there were moments when I couldn’t even pick my own leg up. But through Ms. Vicky’s knowledge, experience, dedication, and genuine care, she helped me get back on my feet. I can’t put into words how much that means to me. Thank you, Ms. Vicky and your entire team, for not giving up on me and for helping give me my life back. I will forever be grateful!”

“I was so impressed with this place! We usually have a hard time finding my husband’s size in any clothes, let alone FR clothing. It was so neat and organized and the guy that assisted me was also super helpful, understanding and nice. We will definitely be back!”

“Treasures is a nice little thrift store. I don't live in Longview, but when I go to visit family I try to make sure I have time to visit a couple of thrift stores. Every time I've been to Treasures I've found something I can use, and the prices are good. There is also a lot of pretty decent artwork. I recommend Treasures to anyone who likes to thrift, recycle, and who likes vintage decor.”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Ricki at Lane Bryant in Longview! ? Last Tuesday, my sister-in-law, a friend, and I went in for a little retail therapy after a rough Monday. From the moment we walked in, Ricki was so friendly and accommodating. She had to redo my transaction several times because I kept changing my mind, but she never once got frustrated or impatient. Instead, she kept her sweet, positive attitude the whole time. Fast forward to today—I opened my mail to find the kindest handwritten note from her. ? That extra thoughtfulness made my whole day. Y’all, if you’re a plus-size girlie, you need to go see Ricki at Lane Bryant in Longview. She’s truly one of a kind! ✨”

“I wish that I could give them more than 5 stars. I got really sick right before my best friend's wedding, and wasn't feeling up to shopping. I realized last minute that I didn't have the right kind of jewelry, and desperately needed something delicate in silver. I CALLED the store, and the girl on the line was not only above and beyond helpful; she actually seemed excited to put something together for me. I asked her to keep my name and number, and I came to the store later to look over their selections. The team picked the PERFECT ITEMS FOR ME!!! I was so relieved and grateful that they took such good care of me. This experience is exactly why I buy almost all of my clothes from here. I'll be back soon for new jeans!THANK YOU, LADIES!!!!!!!!!!!Sincerely,Last Minute Bridesmaid”

“Accompanied my granddaughter to The Buckle yesterday and was overwhelmed by the excellent staff who provided the absolute best customer service. The employees are knowledgeable of their products and extremely attentive. Two staff members spent an hour bringing her jeans to try on and consulting with her to find the preferred fit. They even provided me with a chair to sit in. I observed them treating each customer with the same courtesy and respect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“This was my second time coming here and it was 10 times better than the first time because of Natalie. She really went out of her way for me. She saw me carrying a large selection of clothes and asked if she could set that aside for me in one of the dressing rooms. Not only that, she was so attentive and knew exactly what I was looking for. They have beautiful clothes and a various sizes to choose from. If you're looking for formal, casual, chic or modern clothing. This is the place to come to. Diana was also helpful in finding everything I was looking for! Because of these two ladies, I have now become a client of this store. Ill be shopping a lot more often. Thank you Natalie and Diana for changing my shopping experience from the last time I was here! Very genuine people who value their customers.”

“I have been to 3 different boot barns and could not find the right fit for my boots. Tater met me at the door and quickly assisted me. He stretched my boots to make sure they were what I wanted and not the thing that just made him money. “Not a fan of the Sephora at Kohl’s because they usually don’t have the items in store that I want but the staff in the Tyler store are always helpful. It’s easier to just order online if you know what items you want because they don’t carry some items that the stand alone stores offer nor do they accept returns from the stand alone stores.”

“I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS THRIFT STORE!!!! I always find amazing, cute outfits. I could seriously spend hours here and not get bored... Their clothing is sorted by color and everything is in style. Prices are a little high for used clothes, but mostly every piece for sale is a good find. Plato's is my addiction 🥲”
