“Was in there today with a busted one plus loved the phone but Joshua found I had insurance and helped me file a claim first class service it's not in stock so I bought a phone till my replacement comes in my screen was gone for the most part but he took a lot of time and care to make sure I left with a working phone I've been with the mobile since before they had the name . He's awesome Josh you are great thanks again!!!”

“I wanted to write a review about this Store because JUSTIN ARDEN Stayed after closing hours to help me and my mother out with our phones through Verizon. He did an amazing job. He helped us with everything he could and got us on the right track. Got us a phone got us a tablet. Got my husband‘s phone unlocked got our service back on there so we didn’t have to lose our phone number since straight talk couldn’t transfer our numbers back. I want to give him a five star rating. If there was more stars on there I would give y’all the most amazing stars ever because he did what he could and he got us where We didn’t have to fight with the hassle getting new numbers getting another phone service beside y’all. Y’all are outstanding and amazing and there’s not much more words I can describe y’all are just amazing and him, especially because he could’ve went home to his wife and not helped us at all, but he stayed until almost midnight to help us. I wanna give a big shout out to Justin Arden for a great help and everything”

Her depth of knowledge about all products was truly impressive, and she took the time to make sure I had all the information I needed to make the best decision. This was hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. If every employee were like this, customer service would be perfect. “Collin is a world class customer service representative. He willfully helped me move my parents from AT&T to my Verizon plan so they would have signal. He transferred their original phone numbers, data, contacts and tons of pictures. We were completely broomed out of the 4th st location, and never made it past the doormat. He is my new "phone guy" for me and my 70yr old mother. He never hesitated. 1 in four people is over 65..We need more Colllins to help navigate changing technology.”

“Chris provided excellent service! Due to my android phone being a bit complicated, I allowed a lady in waiting to step in front of me and pause my service. She needed to be somewhere in an hour. However, Chris still worked on my phone during the waiting on hold for customer service for other lady. He was successful in completing my phone service plan and the other lady as well. Chris was excellent at multitasking and providing great customer service. Also, I live 15 minutes from the Att store in Mt. Pleasant Tx, and I still chose to drive 48 minutes to Longview TX for this store!”

“Shauna is the new manager at this location and she's totally awesome. She will try and take care of your problem quick and fast. I was told that my mom needed a new ? instead Shauna quickly told me and had shown me a quick trouble shooting tip. I really appreciated her for that. Definitely will be going back. Also I dreaded getting a new ? instead all I needed was a new memory card, again thanks Shauna because I like my old phone.”
