“Was in there today with a busted one plus loved the phone but Joshua found I had insurance and helped me file a claim first class service it's not in stock so I bought a phone till my replacement comes in my screen was gone for the most part but he took a lot of time and care to make sure I left with a working phone I've been with the mobile since before they had the name . “We went in on a Friday night with my older parents. Paris, Francesca and Charles worked super hard to help my dad figure out his phone issues. Everyone was so kind and accommodating.
We went in an hour before closing and they had us out the door in record time without rushing is at all. There were four of us in there asking questions and we all agreed after we left that it was a great bunch of people to spend a Friday night with.

“Collin is a world class customer service representative. He willfully helped me move my parents from AT&T to my Verizon plan so they would have signal. He transferred their original phone numbers, data, contacts and tons of pictures. We were completely broomed out of the 4th st location, and never made it past the doormat. He is my new "phone guy" for me and my 70yr old mother. He never hesitated. 1 in four people is over 65..We need more Colllins to help navigate changing technology.”

“I forget the young man's name but I've been here a few times myself just getting help with an issue I had but last time I Brought my nephew in with me to see about new phone and it blew my mind how this guy helped us get the best deal I've ever seen! We both got new beautiful phones both unlimited everything of course and everything for almost nothing at all. I walked in with my phone one line walked out with 2 new phones 2 Lines for less than I was paying for just the one, this guy helped us for a good while until we were able to get everything we wanted and more at a rate better than anything else out there. Go to this store and I promise you will leave happy ill never use another branch only the green st location in Longview. He even gave us phone cases for no other reason but kindness. Big teddy bear this guy was just makes you feel welcome unlike those pushy sales people”

I was told that my mom needed a new ? instead Shauna quickly told me and had shown me a quick trouble shooting tip. I really appreciated her for that. Definitely will be going back. I believe I got shafted this phone barely fits in my hand but I’m stuck with it I guess it’ll have to work but this is not what I expected as far as size of phone”
