“I experienced a positive outcome yesterday dealing with Justin at Brown Shoe Fit. It's a rarity for me to visit a shoe business but I needed to return a pair that I had just bought there. Justin's customer service and knowledge of shoes made the exchange a pleasant experience. He demonstrated an actual concern of building a customer base rather than just making a sale. Though they didn't have my size, Justin suggested some alternatives and I ended up buying a second pair. I would not hesitate going back again and will gladly refer others to this business.”

“First gun purchase as a new Texas resident! Drove an hour to explore Longview and found this great place. Outstanding customer service by Trish and Ross who were very patient, friendly, and so knowledgeable! Shop was clean, well staffed with helpful workers, clean restroom, refreshments for sale, good variety of merchandise, plenty of parking space. We will be back! Thank you!”
