“July 4, 2024, I bought a LG through the wall AC with a protection plan, which I never do…but this time I did. The LG AC never worked properly, I called LG, even asked for help from HD home services and asked to have it checked by an AC company, he did nothing. Still it did NOT work right. I bought a Whirlpool AC, took out the LG and installed the Whirlpool and it worked WONDERFULLY! Then I returned the LG AC with NO problems.

One more thing, I saw a man steal from HD and it would be a good idea to disengage the item until it is truly bought by the customers. People that steal are bad people.”
