“L. A. R. you are spot on for customer service. The appt was set up for 10 the next business day. Received a text saying Alec would be on site in approximately 20 minutes. He was! He made a quick and accurate diagnosis, explaining everything to me. The part had to be ordered and it might take several days. I gave the go-ahead. The NEXT day your office called. It was in. Alec could be here between 10-12 the NEXT day. At 930 this morning I received a text AND automated call saying Alec would be here in about 20 minutes. 20 on-the-dot he was here. Brought in equipment needed. It’s now 10:30. The repairs are done. The machine is humming. Alec is fastidious. Explained what he needed to do; did it; cleaned up his work area, and now he is on his way to make the next customer happy. I am so pleased. Your service call prices are reasonable, the service is excellent. What more can I say?!?! 5++ Stars!”
“This was my first time to go in The Home Zone and I was very impressed with the store and staff. I went in specifically to look at and buy a Speed Queen Washer and Dryer set. They had what my wife wanted and so we paid and was loaded and gone in about 20 minutes from entering the store. Lauren, (the lady who helped us) was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. We will definitely go back when we need more appliances and furniture.”

“Evry time I've gone to look for items . I'm greeted at the door, and treated like a VIP . Anytime I've seen prices for the large box stores or wholesale clubs . Radiolab is alway lower or the same. So much nicer to be in a relaxed atmosphere with knowledgeable people assisting me .
They have a large selection of Appliances . I've bought many dishwashers for my personal and rental properties . Nowhere in Lubbock is close to their excellent service and prices ...
Can't wait for my new washer to be delivered ... they are excellent at installing and take away .”
“I just want say thank you to the wonderful customer service this business had the gentlemen had showed complete interest and showed so much enthusiasm in doing his job and which he did excellently not to mention the courtesy he gave me when he offered me air in my back tire bc it was very low and didn't let me leave until he was sure tire was good and I would be safe I strongly recommend this business to anyone who is interested or asking it's a definite must to get the services you need done and i stand by this review I left 100%

“This home depot on 50th is great. Im there sometimes 5 days a week for work. The chick in plumbing is really knowledgeable and friendly. The other home depot is ok, but there's usually a bunch of diy'rs who dont know what they need or are even looking for, and they wont get out the way.”

“I can't begin to say enough about this business. When I walked in the door I was greeted by Nick with a genuine sincere hello as he introduced himself. He spent a good hour with me, as though I was the only customer, and by the way I wasn't. He was so professional and knowledgeable about the furniture I had in mind. I felt bad leaving without making a purchase. I was looking for my son and his family, as he was buying his first house. I told him I'd be back, in 2 days with my son in tow, as i wasn't about to pick furniture out for him....so now 2 later here we came. Korry was there and spent so much time with my son, as he weighed the massive choices that was there to choose from. After a good hour of Korrys time the selections were made.
These two young men are top notch professionals, that went above and beyond for us. Any one in my circle/world of people that has a furniture need, I will point them to American Freight. As for me and mine there are more furniture needs soon, and I wouldn't go any where else!!
