“I can't begin to say enough about this business. When I walked in the door I was greeted by Nick with a genuine sincere hello as he introduced himself. He spent a good hour with me, as though I was the only customer, and by the way I wasn't. He was so professional and knowledgeable about the furniture I had in mind. I felt bad leaving without making a purchase. I was looking for my son and his family, as he was buying his first house. I told him I'd be back, in 2 days with my son in tow, as i wasn't about to pick furniture out for him....so now 2 later here we came. Korry was there and spent so much time with my son, as he weighed the massive choices that was there to choose from. After a good hour of Korrys time the selections were made. These two young men are top notch professionals, that went above and beyond for us. Any one in my circle/world of people that has a furniture need, I will point them to American Freight. As for me and mine there are more furniture needs soon, and I wouldn't go any where else!! Thank you Nick, Korry and American Freight”

“This was my first time to go in The Home Zone and I was very impressed with the store and staff. I went in specifically to look at and buy a Speed Queen Washer and Dryer set. They had what my wife wanted and so we paid and was loaded and gone in about 20 minutes from entering the store. Lauren, (the lady who helped us) was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. We will definitely go back when we need more appliances and furniture.”

“Got a great price on the dishwasher we needed as advertised. I'd recommend completing your cart on the website even though they don't quote delivery automatically. They won't charge you until they firm up the price.”

“I made an adapter to fill my 5 gallon water jugs. Since the city is extorting me for funds to get water. Cause I have the same last name, I have to pay someone else's bill 1600 dollars. So I'm having to fill up 5 gallon jugs to live. hahah but the price for the non potable water, and the location is convenient for myself.”

“I was in a time crunch to gets some materials I ordered online to be shipped to store so that I can have my house ready to show. I was in a state of limbo when my order showed delayed and the 800 number customer service essentially said they didn’t know where it was. I went in the store for another purchase and all but given up when Megan M really went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She actually cared about my situation and made multiple calls to different departments to figure out what happened to my order. She navigated giving other customers great customer service while being tenacious in her attempts to help me. Within that hour it showed my package was not there, to lost, to had been received, to cancelled? Even though it was a confusing situation Megan did not give up and I was able to walk out of the store with what I needed in time for getting my house on the market. On top of that I had my two little boys and am heavily pregnant and Megan was so compassionate always trying to keep my boys entertained while also running a busy customer service station. I wish all of my customer service experiences were with someone with the genuine care and diligence of Megan!”
