“Been a costermer of Johnstone for about 35 year's they always do their best to accommodate me I know sometimes parts are a little long of a wait especially after covid but they do their best before covid parts always came on the next truck 3 trucks per week all of my warranty claims have been handled with great care must follow guidelines of manufacture Johnstone doesn't set these guidelines of course I don't try to get refunds I want parts to fix air conditioning systems as far a people trying to buy wholesale when they are retail merchants self explanatory if you want to buy wholesale get a license like everyone else I will miss everyone there after I retire next year they have helped me with my company more than they will ever know thanks again”
