“We decided to transfer our cell phone service from AT&T to T-Mobile, and based on our experience with Jeremiah at this location, we have no regrets. From the time we walked in the store, he helped us every step of the way. We ran into some issues with the transfer process (on the AT&T side), but Jeremiah did what he could to help. While we're still having some issues with a locked phone, having received inadequate service support from AT&T and their store on Milwaukee, I would still highly recommend this location to transfer to T-Mobile.”

“I went into store at 2449 34th and representative Leticia Cantu was helping another customer but while she was on with her technical support she was also asking me what she could help me with and I informed her of my issue and she let me speak with the cust support and there was nothing that they could help me with, so I was told and that I had to wait 24 hrs to get assistance with this matter. Well I waited, very upset but I waited... She was still assisting the customer before me but she insisted on also helping me and she did... By the time I got home my issue was RESOLVED BY LETICIA!! A big THANK YOU and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MULTI TASKING!! She saved us as customers”
“I experienced the most excellent customer service today :) I went in looking for a cheap tv but the one I wanted specifically didn’t have a wire to power up. So I thought I would just go somewhere else, but the employee Janique insisted she could find one. So I waited patiently, when she came back with a couple of wires they didn’t seem to be the right one. I said again “it’s okay I’ll just go somewhere else” she insisted again that she could find the right one. She had a smile the whole time and she was persistent until she finally found the right wire and the tv powered on. I was very happy that I was able to walk out with this tv. The world needs more people like her. I will most definitely be back soon. Thank you Janique!”

“I received the best customer service from the manager Jennifer , she went above and beyond to help me fix my phone , and she even offered the payment options to help me get an upgraded phone as well , she was very informative about the 2 options available and if I had the necessary payments available I would've applied. I will be back to do an upgrade in a couple of months when I'm able to afford it or better yet apply for the payment option they have available. I did get a phone to add to my account so I can have a back up one available if my phone does decide to not work anymore. I highly recommend this location because Jennifer and her employee Carlos are nice engaging informative workers that go above and beyond for their customers that I witnessed.”

“This was my first time to go in The Home Zone and I was very impressed with the store and staff. I went in specifically to look at and buy a Speed Queen Washer and Dryer set. They had what my wife wanted and so we paid and was loaded and gone in about 20 minutes from entering the store. Lauren, (the lady who helped us) was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.
