“Doing business with these guys is fantastic. Forget the deal on the tools. They are great people and easy to deal with. I took him a battery operated lawn mower that had quit working because the board had gotten fried due to my negligence. He got me the same battery operated lawn mower for half the price that I paid at Home Depot. So if you guys need any power tools or lawn mowers or Lawn Equipment go see him and he will make you a hell of a deal. I would give him more stars if I could. Honesty with people get you a long ways.”

I called once to ask if there were any blades available for a fan I had purchased on Facebook. I Even went to to manufacture to no avail. The manufacturer referred me locally. Ferguson, as most know is no longer active, so I contacted Dement Lighting. From there on Haley took it and ran with one call. She called me three times. Greatest me at the door ask for expert on the stihl chainsaws Trey said I can help you and that’s exactly what he did explained the differences in the different models sold me saw fuel oil extended warranty cranked it after filling it with gas and oil and filled out all my paper work for registering with stihl company Wow way to go Trey D. And Shawnee you guys rock !!!!”
“Brad at Ace/food King in 50th was extremely helpful! He walked out to my vehicle to help me with my propane tank. He told me it was indeed empty and helped me exchange it and even gave me tips on how to use my weed burner torch with it! Super nice bald guy with a great smile at the end of the day.”

“They had what I was looking for. However, in leaving the store riding in my handicap cart to my handicap parking spot, the handicap cart only went so far not reaching the handicap parking spot. See picture. I wasn't able to move the cart and so it got left in a very inappropriate place.”

“Went there looking for tiny bearings that I didn't think they would have anyway, but was recommended by another local bearing store. “I was in a time crunch to gets some materials I ordered online to be shipped to store so that I can have my house ready to show. I was in a state of limbo when my order showed delayed and the 800 number customer service essentially said they didn’t know where it was. I went in the store for another purchase and all but given up when Megan M really went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She actually cared about my situation and made multiple calls to different departments to figure out what happened to my order. She navigated giving other customers great customer service while being tenacious in her attempts to help me. Within that hour it showed my package was not there, to lost, to had been received, to cancelled? Even though it was a confusing situation Megan did not give up and I was able to walk out of the store with what I needed in time for getting my house on the market. On top of that I had my two little boys and am heavily pregnant and Megan was so compassionate always trying to keep my boys entertained while also running a busy customer service station. I wish all of my customer service experiences were with someone with the genuine care and diligence of Megan!”

“This Lowes is by far the best one I've been to. Plenty of staff which is very unusual for Lowes and Home Depot. The only thing I didn't like is the parking lot. Hard to get in an out of with a full size truck.”
