“I was in a time crunch to gets some materials I ordered online to be shipped to store so that I can have my house ready to show. I was in a state of limbo when my order showed delayed and the 800 number customer service essentially said they didn’t know where it was. I went in the store for another purchase and all but given up when Megan M really went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She actually cared about my situation and made multiple calls to different departments to figure out what happened to my order. She navigated giving other customers great customer service while being tenacious in her attempts to help me. Within that hour it showed my package was not there, to lost, to had been received, to cancelled? Even though it was a confusing situation Megan did not give up and I was able to walk out of the store with what I needed in time for getting my house on the market. On top of that I had my two little boys and am heavily pregnant and Megan was so compassionate always trying to keep my boys entertained while also running a busy customer service station. I wish all of my customer service experiences were with someone with the genuine care and diligence of Megan!”

“I mainly use the Tire and Auto service, and the Sporting Goods Counter. Compared to the Wal-Mart on the Marsha Sharp Freeway, this one nearly always has faster service both in the Tire Center and the Sporting Goods desk. And the guys at the Sporting Goods desk actually know a thing or two about firearms, which has led to a few purchases from them.Where they falter is dealing with the TPMS sensors in my wheels. I have a 2011 Chevy truck and they usually can't get the system to work right because they lack the equipment to reset my truck's computer.”

We searched until midnight and couldn't find it so we came back the next morning and David returned our material to us and let us know they had stuff available to secure next time. “Hello Rockhounds! The nice people at Texas rock and Flagstone supplied me with a very large bag, and I got to fill it with all the rocks I could fit into it from the river rocks area for $10. I had a blast! Plenty of Jasper,chert,iron concretions. Just go in the office & ask about a bag of rocks for $10. And take a water bottle.”
