“I was in a time crunch to gets some materials I ordered online to be shipped to store so that I can have my house ready to show. I was in a state of limbo when my order showed delayed and the 800 number customer service essentially said they didn’t know where it was. I went in the store for another purchase and all but given up when Megan M really went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She actually cared about my situation and made multiple calls to different departments to figure out what happened to my order. She navigated giving other customers great customer service while being tenacious in her attempts to help me. Within that hour it showed my package was not there, to lost, to had been received, to cancelled? Even though it was a confusing situation Megan did not give up and I was able to walk out of the store with what I needed in time for getting my house on the market. On top of that I had my two little boys and am heavily pregnant and Megan was so compassionate always trying to keep my boys entertained while also running a busy customer service station. I wish all of my customer service experiences were with someone with the genuine care and diligence of Megan!”

“Hello Rockhounds! The nice people at Texas rock and Flagstone supplied me with a very large bag, and I got to fill it with all the rocks I could fit into it from the river rocks area for $10. I had a blast! Plenty of Jasper,chert,iron concretions. Just go in the office & ask about a bag of rocks for $10. And take a water bottle.”
