“I mainly use the Tire and Auto service, and the Sporting Goods Counter. Compared to the Wal-Mart on the Marsha Sharp Freeway, this one nearly always has faster service both in the Tire Center and the Sporting Goods desk. And the guys at the Sporting Goods desk actually know a thing or two about firearms, which has led to a few purchases from them.Where they falter is dealing with the TPMS sensors in my wheels. I have a 2011 Chevy truck and they usually can't get the system to work right because they lack the equipment to reset my truck's computer.”

I needing a hose for my washing machine and he found one and gave me excellent advice on how to use it with my sink. He also was generous enough to leave his department and go above and beyond to make a copy of a key I needed. Again, I will surely be back!”

“Of all the big lumber yard/hardware stores in Lubbock, The Home Depot on 50th is my favorite. They're usually well staffed, compared to the other big stores. And since I'm a contractor, between this store, the HD on the Loop, or Lowes, the big carts for lumber are the easiest to find at this store. There's always rows of them right by the Contractor's entrance.”

“Our material wasn't packaged and secured properly so about $300 worth of material flew out the back of our truck. We searched until midnight and couldn't find it so we came back the next morning and David returned our material to us and let us know they had stuff available to secure next time. DAVID WAS VERY HELPFUL!!!”

“I ask 3 employees to help me find a tool I needed. They all told me where to go and I still couldn't find it. I saw this lady I believe her name was Tiara who works in the appliance area. This employee has helped me the last 3 days because I have large products to complete right now. She has even come and ask me if I needed help. So today I saw her and I walked to her. I knew it was not her area but again she was so helpful. She looked up the item and it says there were 15 items. The reason why I couldn't find it was because it was out of stock where they were suppose to be displayed. She found the box up high in the shelf and went and got a ladder to help me get the tool I needed. Then she restock where the tools were supposed to be. Even in this time where there are not enough employees in many business I was grateful that she works there. Because I was about to leave and go to another store to get what I needed. Thanks”
