Came around 340 lobby isn't opened like what hours are 10-4 smh 🤦🏽♀️here it is right now 205 pm website shows open they aren't opened once again, I swear bank of America sucks so bad.

If you want immediate access to your money including deposits,do not use BofA! Every time I've made a deposit, they hold it for more than a week! I'd say I'll take my money elsewhere, but I can't get it til next week!! They also hold all my electronic transfers in and out! So frustrating!

Horrible service, never ever answer the phone and they can’t provide me with general information at all about my account this place is so bad I’m changing banks after only being with them for a week
