“collision center of lubbock is my go to spot for any of my auto body needs, this is the second vehicle i have brought to them and they have delivered every time, from friendly service advisors to top of the line work this small business is definitely where it’s at, the people here have always treated me like family even when i had a horrible day and took my faults out on them, non the less they have shown hospitality to me day in and day out and the vehicles i’ve gotten serviced when them when looked over at the dealer the dealers said they couldn’t tell it had ever been in accident! you just truthfully don’t get that type of work or craftsmanship anymore, clay the manager and lowell the boss have always been so helpful to me with all my questions comments and concerns and are all around great people, i be never felt like i was left in the dust or forgot about!, again collision center of lubbock has been my go to for multiple vehicles now and i wouldn’t choose another body shop !”
“Got $6800 worth of hail damage repaired through an insurance claim as well as a collision repair that I didn’t add to the claim. Can’t tell any of it even existed. They had very fair prices and friendly service. They communicated well when they needed an extra day. Even did me a favor of removing some old stickers. Someone recommended them to me and I’m glad they did.”

I’m a beginner painter and stopped by to get paint for a cosplay costume. My experience with automotive paint is mostly with rattle-cans from big box stores so I was intimidated and nervous about going to a professional supply company.
Grant was so helpful, he helped me find paint and clear coat within my budget and walked me through how to mix them appropriately.
I’m so grateful for their patience and willingness to help educate me with respect. I felt completely out of my element when I walked in but left with a world of confidence when I left. This is clearly a high end supplier and they were so friendly to a DIYer.

“Had a great experience with Crash Champions. It’s such a hassle to get repairs made after an accident but everyone made it easy and my car looks as good as new. It took a bit longer than expected to complete the repairs but they kept me informed and the delays were due to KIA getting them the parts. Hope I never need them again, but if I do I’d choose Crash Champions again.”

I don’t know what happened with these negative reviews because I’ve never experienced any negative talk, or rude folks; everyone I’ve ever met there has been very nice and walked me through what was going on and what my options were. They take the time to explain it and that makes a big difference to someone who doesn’t know a bunch about cars (but always leaves knowing a little more!)”
“This is my favorite shop. These guys are honest and will do everything they can to save you money. The shop is old and messy and that's the best sign. I own 6 cars. Most are old and in different states of repair. The only one I don't take to Pinkerton's is the one under warranty. They are quick, honest, and keep my stuff going. They work on anything. Take your car here so you don't have to bother with second opinions, wasting money, or wondering if you made the right choice in shops.”
