“Chris, Service & Parts Advisor, at Smith Ford in Slaton, is the epitome of quality customer service. I brought my car in Friday afternoon for a wellness check. Because of the late hour I left the car. Chris told me it would be Monday before he could get back to me. Early Monday morning he called with the diagnostic results and even sent a picture of the problem via text. The issue was resolved by noon. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Y’all need to keep him!”

“My car broke down the night before I was to leave on an important business trip the next day. I called the service department first thing the next morning and explained my situation to the service manager Shawna. She jumped through hoops to make sure and get my car in and to also arrange a rental within a couple hours as to get me on the road so I would not have to miss my trip. I’ve never been treated so good and with such urgency by any other car service center. It made a very stressful situation manageable and that’s the kind of service that makes you feel like family and that’s why I will always take my vehicles to All American Chevrolet of Slaton.
