“collision center of lubbock is my go to spot for any of my auto body needs, this is the second vehicle i have brought to them and they have delivered every time, from friendly service advisors to top of the line work this small business is definitely where it’s at, the people here have always treated me like family even when i had a horrible day and took my faults out on them, non the less they have shown hospitality to me day in and day out and the vehicles i’ve gotten serviced when them when looked over at the dealer the dealers said they couldn’t tell it had ever been in accident! you just truthfully don’t get that type of work or craftsmanship anymore, clay the manager and lowell the boss have always been so helpful to me with all my questions comments and concerns and are all around great people, i be never felt like i was left in the dust or forgot about!, again collision center of lubbock has been my go to for multiple vehicles now and i wouldn’t choose another body shop !”
“The Clean Guys did a house call in Post within 24 hrs of my call! I needed my old 2002 GMC Denali completely done-fender to bumper, inside and outside, shampooed and shined and boy did they do it up RIGHT! Carlos and Xavier were professional, friendly and explained in detail what they were going to do. Pricing is reasonable and the service is Stellar! We will use the Clean Guys for all our auto detailing needs as well as tell all family and friends how great Carlos and Xavier are!!”

“Gerber Collision & Glass — especially Zachary Carrasco — absolutely blew me away. My dad brought my car in for a quote after it was scratched by a dog. Not only did they see him immediately, but they took the car back and polished the scratches out in under 10 minutes. It looked SO much better.
Zachary still wrote up a full quote for the full repair, but refused to charge a dime for the work they had already done. That kind of kindness and professionalism is rare.
I’m beyond grateful and HIGHLY recommend this location. They’ve earned a customer for life.”
“Whoops, I recently realized I accidentally left my original review on the wrong Gerber Collision & Glass location, so I wanted to correct that and make sure the right team gets the recognition they deserve. If the level of customer service I experienced is any indication of how Gerber operates as a whole, I’m sure the other locations are just as wonderful.
