“Gerber Collision & Glass — especially Zachary Carrasco — absolutely blew me away. My dad brought my car in for a quote after it was scratched by a dog. Not only did they see him immediately, but they took the car back and polished the scratches out in under 10 minutes. It looked SO much better.
Zachary still wrote up a full quote for the full repair, but refused to charge a dime for the work they had already done. That kind of kindness and professionalism is rare.
I’m beyond grateful and HIGHLY recommend this location. They’ve earned a customer for life.”

“Whoops, I recently realized I accidentally left my original review on the wrong Gerber Collision & Glass location, so I wanted to correct that and make sure the right team gets the recognition they deserve. If the level of customer service I experienced is any indication of how Gerber operates as a whole, I’m sure the other locations are just as wonderful.
Anyways, Gerber Collision & Glass (3412 W. loop location) — especially Zachary Carrasco — absolutely blew me away! My dad brought my car in for a quote after it was scratched by a dog. Not only did they see him immediately, but they took the car back and polished the scratches out in under 10 minutes. The car looked so much better afterward.
Zachary still took the time to write up a full repair estimate but refused to charge anything for the work they had already done. That level of kindness, professionalism, and customer service is rare these days.
