“They were wonderful when I picked up the car, and after a month later when I had been having a terrible time with Enterprise Headquarters. The young man who helped us at pick up even prayed with us when I asked if we coud. Then, Zack Adams fixed my problem with a discount issue as soon as he heard HQ had been ignoring me for weeks. I won't ever deal with HQ again. It was an awful experience, but this location was great! Thank you.”

When we arrived, we were graciously greeted by David, who went out of his way to get us what we needed. He was also there when we returned the vehicle a couple of days later, and was just as kind and pleasant.”

“I needed to rent a a vehicle while my vehicle was at the shop. Tina was fantastic at taking excellent care of me when I came in and remembered me when I returned. The staff at my return was excellent. I returned the vehicle 1 week early and they were fantastic about updating my rental and correcting my fees. I will definitely use them again.”

“I was with Avis for 18 years, but over the last year their customer service has been terrible — late receipts, dirty cars when I picked up rentals, gas tanks not topped off, etc. I switched to National about two months ago and have been completely happy with the positive customer service and clean cars.
