“I had a great experience with my recent rental. At the Lubbock airport location, everything was ready when I arrived, it took couple minutes to get the keys and be on my way. Returning the car was just as easy and only took a couple of minutes. By the time I grabbed my things, the associate had everything completed. My experience at the Lubbock location was truly next level.”

“National is the best place to rent a car if you are flying into the Lubbock airport. I’ve been traveling to Lubbock nearly every week for the past two years, and I always book with them when I can. Top tier customer service, and the staff is super friendly and personable. The cars are always relatively new, clean, and well maintained. There has been a few times my evening flight was delayed and we arrived after closing time, but I’ve always been able to get a car because the manager on shift stays late to make sure they are still able to service their customers. This fact alone is reason to choose National. Did I mention that the staff is awesome? I actually look forward to picking my car up at the counter because the staff is fun to converse with, and they are always right there to ask how things were when you pull up to drop the car off.”
