“National is the best place to rent a car if you are flying into the Lubbock airport. I’ve been traveling to Lubbock nearly every week for the past two years, and I always book with them when I can. Top tier customer service, and the staff is super friendly and personable. The cars are always relatively new, clean, and well maintained. There has been a few times my evening flight was delayed and we arrived after closing time, but I’ve always been able to get a car because the manager on shift stays late to make sure they are still able to service their customers. This fact alone is reason to choose National. Did I mention that the staff is awesome? I actually look forward to picking my car up at the counter because the staff is fun to converse with, and they are always right there to ask how things were when you pull up to drop the car off.”

I’ve been stranded in Lubbock for a few days due to my car breaking down and he was able to assist me in getting my rental car and explaining to me how everything worked due to it being my first time renting. If I am ever stuck in Lubbock again I will be sure to come back! Thanks again!”

“I reserved about three weeks in advance through the Avis website. Showed up to pickup - smooth process. Car was a simple Kia Soul, nothing fancy but it was clean and no safety concerns. Dropped it off a few days later with a full tank of gas, no issues.”
“Pretty straight forward. The location is.not on site for the airport. But a short 5ish minute (probably less) drive away. They offer airport shuttle and airport parking for those local and not interested in a rental.”
