They try to be accommodating but the first time I used their services and returned my rental car, it took a VERY LONG time to get my refund back. I had to go back and talk to them several times before I finally got it.

I'm a Five Star Member and I rented a car recently.... When I returned after driving all day I asked to use the restroom, apparently they don't allow people to use their restroom even if your a customer. Pretty stupid policy.

I hate ALL rental car places. This one isn't too bad. They at least try to help you. I appreciate them being nice and helpful. The car i got smelled like Marijuanas really bad- but it was their last car so I took it- not the employees fault. They have an after hours drop box.
