I have never experienced as many issues with a banking institution as I have with their bill pay. Linking a bank account is almost impossible with their website timing out each time I try manually or through Mastercards auto bank linking.

Nice environment and nice staff. Only reason why I had to visit the office is because their website to make a payment is under construction. Pay by phone is also unavailable. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

Wow this bank is really shady. When trying to apply for a loan the site takes you nowhere. The chat feature decides to check out after providing your email address. Also, their phone number automatically goes to voicemail during business hours without ringing. This seems like some sort of fraud to me.
