“I have been a member for about 50 years. I have always received top flight treatment. They have fewer staff members than many banks as they operate on a smaller margin. Some staff members, as in any business, are all warm and fuzzy and others are, not so much. Most of their money transactions are handled thru an electronic teller, who is in another area and operates a delivery system much like the motor bank. The one or two people who are in the offices off the entry are busy with book work and do not always greet everyone immediately. The person I normally deal with is very efficient and sometimes comes off as aloof, but he is a very good person who is more into figures than people. I accept him as he is and we get along fine. He has been there for many years and knows the business. If you wish warm and fuzzy, the downtown location has more staff and may be able to suit you better.”
