The cashier at this store went above and beyond helping me find the items I was looking for. He also asked if i wanted him to check the other stores for some of the items I was looking for. I said no because I didn’t want to go to another store.

The system glitched and showed an incorrect refill date. And although I was frustrated the Pharmacist listened to my concerns and was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

It’s so frustrating trying to refill a prescription now. The phone system is beyond aggravating, and for a company as large as CVS Health, it really shouldn’t be this difficult.
I used to be able to simply call in, enter my prescription number, and refill it easily.
