βAmazing service!
We just finished cleaning our car, and went to push the 'stop' button and it wasn't working. Luckily one of the operators was inside and ran to shut off the bay to repair the button. He was super kind and was able to resolve the issue quickly and professionally!
We will definitely be coming back!β

I appreciate how well the handle any issues that do occur and if something does go wrong they are very quick to acknowledge it and fix the issue with no problems or hassle..... βIt's a clean, well functioning gas station. Even while it's busy, you never wait too long for a pump, prices are reasonable in comparison to other places. If you have a spill or just need help, there's someone there, ready and willing to help.β

βNot much to say, its a gas hut infront of H.E.B. It's always clean. They usually have well working windshield squeegees. Overall it's a nice place to do your gas pumping.β
βThe employees at this location are kind, friendly, and always helpful!Everything is well stocked and they have great drinks you can order at the drive thru!Highly recommend!β

βHave been coming to this exact Bolton's for 31 years. I e seen people come, and go. The funny thing is, the employees have always been of the same quality. βBoltons is awesome. They are always so friendly and their gas is usually always the cheapest in town. If I'm near a Boltons, Im going to go there above anywhere else.β
βThis place usually has good fuel prices, especially when .20/gal off is offered. The staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the store has always been clean.β
βAnother place that is my all time favorite place to go!!! What's not to like? I'm thankful that they also have a training program for the youth. Instead of video games all the time, learning another awesome trade instead of destruction...."Construction" that will go very well on your resume. "Hint... Hint..."β

βCheap gas cheaper smokes,great employees in and out in a whisper! What more could you possibly want from a gas station. I go there almost daily. Give this establishment a try why not!β
βTook very good care of my high mileage SUV great prices I switched over from take 5 & won't ever go back , would like to add I'm glad this location is now open and closer by our home as well !!!β

βTo me United is lot better than Walmart or HEB but I only shop at HEB once which it didn't impress me plus United still have pretty much all their cashier's they are the best.β
βI love Boltonβs!!! I got out of my way to make a stop in here every day. Some of the best ppl around and canβt beat the drink prices at $1.07 for a 44oz fountain! Iβll take that anyday!β

βSelf-serve service station but does have notice at pump if customer needs help. Easy to get to from the street either direction but at rush hour time it is alittle more difficult to enter flow of traffic. Employee was courteous and greeted and offered receipt for purchase. Can pay at the pump or inside. Price was cheaper by a few cents as compared to other locations throughout Lubbock.β
βGreat service, the pumps we almost all operational. The trash was kept up at the pumps. The attendants were busy, called me up right away, we traded with no issues and the thanked me with a smile.. That's how my experience should be every time. Thx Express crew..β

βI like it. It's taken some time since, but it seems to be under better management again. Not only is it close to my house but I enjoy the neighborhood store feel it's gotten back.β
βAlways a winner in terms of gas prices. But also a winner at this location is the employees behind the counter, always bubbly they are. They seem to want to go out of their way to make your day better. And the store is always clean and the window washer fluid always full (huge plus in my book). Overall, great experience.β

βMy review is for the customer service and the delicious breakfast tacos ?. The stores cleanliness is about 3.5 ?The food was hot and fresh. The tacos are big and filling. Just about everyone was very friendly! Great way to start the day.β

βThank goodness this place was open at 4am. I was able to get the things I needed. The ONLY negative feedback is the prices. A SINGLE chocolate candy bar was $3+ I didn't buy what I wanted,? but I DID GET EHAT I NEEDED.β

βBrekfast is always really good. Bakery and deli are okay. Definitely larger varieties on what is available. I've had interactions with staff that have been good and bad. Rosa is one of the cashiers amd she is awesome. Me and my team always feel welcomed by her.β

βBest Convenience Store/Gas Station in Lubbock! The points are great, and I use them regularly. But the customer service, cleanliness, and ample parking takes them over the top. I also love that the prices you see posted in the coolers or on the shelves are the prices you're charged. They obviously train their employees properly because I've gone to other Murphy's with the same specials and been grossly overcharged! Kudos to the management team at this location! I now bypass several Stripes to get my gas here!β
βAny latin ingredients you'll find here. So many different Chiles to make those authentic dishes. The panaderia (bakery) is fresh daily & friendly staff. They have fresh tortillas flour, corn & wheat. There's aguas frescas. A taqueria inside & a meat market (fajita meat!). Their produce is fresh all around with awesome in-store deals.β
