They are ALWAYS helpful, friendly, willing to answer all your questions, and take all the time necessarily to make sure you have everything needed to ship or return your packages or products.I have used OTHER locations, but they are not as helpful and courteous as the Slide and 82nd street #1207 store.Thank you to all the wonderful staff at this UPS store for going ABOVE AND BEYOND for me anytime I go in there.I appreciate you all, and thanks for making ME feel appreciated when I come in.”

My appointment was not showing in the computer and she did help me (calling customer service and help me get into my account to find the appointment). The store was clean and organize as well. I’m just impress by the customer service she provided.”
