“Had the best experience today at UPS on Milwaukee. I had a lot of Amazon returns which had been sorted by barcodes. The emails showing the QR codes were not in the correct order and did not show what was being returned. So my easy return trip turned into a searching ordeal to match an item to its QR code. Haleigh and Kaley were the best helping me sort out the items. They were both patient with great attitudes while we figured it all out. Thanks for such a pleasant visit today, girls!”

“The two ladies on the front desk are fabulous. They were very kind and very nice to us. We went there to post a document and when we got back we realised that we need to change the signature with black ink. We called them and they literally helped us out making the changes.
