My phone was fixed the same day and was much more affordable than I thought it was going to be. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name but he was the sweetest and went above and beyond. “I had an unhelpful and frustrating experience at a different Cricket store this morning but went to the Indiana location in the afternoon. Johnathan was a rock star, very patient even though I was flustered, and he helped me understand what service I needed and coached me through a 45 minute phone call to get everything set up. By the time I left I was feeling calm and confident that I was on track to get what I need and Johnathan invited me to come back later in the week (after my new device arrives) if I need any help at all setting it up.”
