“Just want to say how great this location is!! everyone was friendly, but i had help from jacob j. i had bought a phone and needed help switching my old one to my new one and he was so kind, helpful, and patient with me. i don’t have wifi at home and they let me chill in the store for about 20 minutes until my phone was done uploading. all of the employees held conversations with me while i waited and were kind as well. will def recommend this location. :)”

“We were trying to switch to a new carrier & had been dealing with our phone being locked to the network in limbo not being able to do anything for almost two weeks. We’d been on the phone with customer service everyday for almost an hour at a time with no resolve. We’d came into this store and Shakinah helped us out she called customer service and was determined to get this fixed for us. After almost two hours on the phone she assured us the problem would be fixed within 24 hours & FINALLY woke up the next morning with my phone fixed!! So thankful for her patience and determination to help us out. Would recommend this location purely because of her customer service!!”
“Update: Went to the physical store the employees were very helpful and able to get me my phone. I was in and out in a couple minutes. Next time I’ll just go in store to buy my products instead of purchasing online and waiting for Verizon to send and email.Original post: Been waiting to get a confirmation to pick up my new phone for over a day. The store doesn’t pick up the phone to answer questions. The call centers keep saying I have to wait. I chose the pick up in store option as it was supposed to be ready after a couple of hours. If it was going to take days I would have just had it shipped.”
