“We decided to transfer our cell phone service from AT&T to T-Mobile, and based on our experience with Jeremiah at this location, we have no regrets. From the time we walked in the store, he helped us every step of the way. We ran into some issues with the transfer process (on the AT&T side), but Jeremiah did what he could to help. While we're still having some issues with a locked phone, having received inadequate service support from AT&T and their store on Milwaukee, I would still highly recommend this location to transfer to T-Mobile.”

“I went into store at 2449 34th and representative Leticia Cantu was helping another customer but while she was on with her technical support she was also asking me what she could help me with and I informed her of my issue and she let me speak with the cust support and there was nothing that they could help me with, so I was told and that I had to wait 24 hrs to get assistance with this matter. Well I waited, very upset but I waited... She was still assisting the customer before me but she insisted on also helping me and she did... By the time I got home my issue was RESOLVED BY LETICIA!! A big THANK YOU and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MULTI TASKING!! She saved us as customers”

“Jasmine was awesome! I've honestly had bad experiences in the past at a different AT&T location. It was night and day difference. She helped me get my new phone, helped me decide on a case, put my screen protector on for me, and I was out within an hour. What stood out the most though is how personable she was. It felt like I was talking to an old friend while waiting on everything to load. She was so sweet to my two young boys. If I ever need anything phone related I'll definitely looking for her.”

“Update: Went to the physical store the employees were very helpful and able to get me my phone. I was in and out in a couple minutes. Next time I’ll just go in store to buy my products instead of purchasing online and waiting for Verizon to send and email.Original post: Been waiting to get a confirmation to pick up my new phone for over a day. The store doesn’t pick up the phone to answer questions. The call centers keep saying I have to wait. I chose the pick up in store option as it was supposed to be ready after a couple of hours. If it was going to take days I would have just had it shipped.”

“I received the best customer service from the manager Jennifer , she went above and beyond to help me fix my phone , and she even offered the payment options to help me get an upgraded phone as well , she was very informative about the 2 options available and if I had the necessary payments available I would've applied. I will be back to do an upgrade in a couple of months when I'm able to afford it or better yet apply for the payment option they have available. I did get a phone to add to my account so I can have a back up one available if my phone does decide to not work anymore. I highly recommend this location because Jennifer and her employee Carlos are nice engaging informative workers that go above and beyond for their customers that I witnessed.”

Went in for an upgrade on my phone and Terry was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very helpful.
