“I’ve been pretty nervous about switching phones, moving everything over and thinking it would take hours since Sprint always took so long to do anything. Our business phones needed updated and T Mobile who I never wanted , purchased Sprint. I went into Verizon and spoke with Eddie who let me do most of what was needed through text and it took a limited amount of time in store. I was out with a cheaper plan, plus three new phones and everything moved over in less than 45 minutes. Very happy customer!”

“Went in last night to have my IPhone 13 Pro activated and the associate that helped me was super helpful and friendly. She thoroughly educated me about the fees associated with activation and even helped me pick out a charger box for my phone and gave me the stores number in my phone in case I had any issues. She was super efficient and quick with the activation process and even had a second customer in there shopping for a case while I was in there and managed to effortlessly assist both of us simultaneously. I’ve had very unpleasant experiences with the Boost reprensentative that works at their 34th location so I had called around prior to coming in and looked for a different Boost location prior to coming in store and was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency and quality of service at this 50th street location; even on the phone the associate that helped me answered in a super timely manner and was very helpful, informative and kind, upon trying the 34th street location the same day to give them another shot I could not say the same as they didn’t even bother to answer the phone at the other location either of the two times I had called. 10/10 would definitely recommend this 50th street location though. It was an overall very pleasant experience. 5 stars.”

Johnathan was a rock star, very patient even though I was flustered, and he helped me understand what service I needed and coached me through a 45 minute phone call to get everything set up.
