“Update: Went to the physical store the employees were very helpful and able to get me my phone. I was in and out in a couple minutes. Next time I’ll just go in store to buy my products instead of purchasing online and waiting for Verizon to send and email.Original post: Been waiting to get a confirmation to pick up my new phone for over a day. The store doesn’t pick up the phone to answer questions. The call centers keep saying I have to wait. I chose the pick up in store option as it was supposed to be ready after a couple of hours. If it was going to take days I would have just had it shipped.”
“I had an unhelpful and frustrating experience at a different Cricket store this morning but went to the Indiana location in the afternoon. Johnathan was a rock star, very patient even though I was flustered, and he helped me understand what service I needed and coached me through a 45 minute phone call to get everything set up. By the time I left I was feeling calm and confident that I was on track to get what I need and Johnathan invited me to come back later in the week (after my new device arrives) if I need any help at all setting it up.”
