“I have frequently visited all the pawn shops around town for the last couple of years & have always like the experiences I’ve had from all the EZPAWNS in Lubbock. April Is very attentive to everyone who walks in and is on top of their employees to give us the customer a good experience. I have lots of respect for Luther who has always greeted me an my father very politely over the years and given us a really good service. Recently in the last few months we had started to see some newer faces. Nick is one of them he is a very motivated young man that is very attentive to the customer from the second we walk in to the moment we leave the door, He always has a smile on his face and is eager to sell. Gabe is another person we have started to see pretty frequently aswell, He is an absolutely wonderful person who always has a smile on his face and could relate with everyone who walks in. He has shown us he has a passion for what he does and is very eager while doing it. Keith is another new face around this location but he is not new to the business.He used to work at the one over by Amigos and he recently got transferred and he still continues to provide excellent customer service. We like shopping at this EZ Pawn because we feel welcomed and love the hospitality from everyone who works here.”
