“I experienced the most excellent customer service today :) I went in looking for a cheap tv but the one I wanted specifically didn’t have a wire to power up. So I thought I would just go somewhere else, but the employee Janique insisted she could find one. So I waited patiently, when she came back with a couple of wires they didn’t seem to be the right one. I said again “it’s okay I’ll just go somewhere else” she insisted again that she could find the right one. She had a smile the whole time and she was persistent until she finally found the right wire and the tv powered on. I was very happy that I was able to walk out with this tv.
