Brought out different ones based on the notes we liked and has us rank them to bring out others until we finally found one we loved. Didn’t even plan on buying a fragrance but we ended up at one that I would have never even thought about smelling. Amazing customer service on his part. Mari was also very kind when checking us out as she finished out the sale.”

“I have used this pharmacy for my cystic fibrosis medications for many years. They work hard to make sure I get meds on time. If there is an issue with insurance or needing to contact the Dr office they let me know right away. I recently had issues with insurance saying I needed to change pharmacies. Long story short, I tried the new pharmacy had delays upon delays and wouldn't bill insurances properly. The result was going without meds for a month. Contacted Maxor after that fiasco and they helped me investigate. I was able to go back to using them under specialty pharmacy rules, and they got my medication to me quickly. They worked really hard to get things going the way it needed too. It is also great that I can speak to a human in any department, instead of an automated system.”

“I had a bad experience at the United on 82nd, but the United on 4th and slide was convenient. What a difference! Every employee was friendly and helpful. Tyrek was my cashier. He was personable and patient. In a world where many service workers are there for a paycheck, he and the staff were wonderful.”

“My doctor prescribed a pain medication on a Friday. This particular medication had to be mixed. The pharmacy was extremely busy but the pharmacist made sure I had the medication by the end of the day so I had it for the weekend. I know they made a special effort because they originally told me it would not be ready until Monday. When a pharmacy goes out of their way to get a prescription ready, that tells me this is a great team and I will definitely use them again.”

“Any latin ingredients you'll find here. So many different Chiles to make those authentic dishes. The panaderia (bakery) is fresh daily & friendly staff. They have fresh tortillas flour, corn & wheat. There's aguas frescas. A taqueria inside & a meat market (fajita meat!). Their produce is fresh all around with awesome in-store deals.”
“I have to give a huge shout out to Jama at curbside. Everytime she's there she's warm and welcoming. She has gone above and beyond to help in any way she can. United has always had great customer service, but Jama is top-notch!”

“This is a great, hometown pharmacy! I was having issues getting a rx filled, it was going to be $1300 a month! Neil, one of the pharmacist, helped me get my coupon card activated, called the drug rep so I could get my pcp to get my insurance to accept it- and then called my insurance to get me my medication. It was so personal he went above and beyond to help me. A big place would have sent me on my way super frustrated and at a loss on what to do. If you need a pharmacy, this is one of the best in Lubbock.”

“I just wanted to say that nine months ago I lost my billfold in a United Market store. I was recently contacted by corporate headquarters , and once I identified my billfold, I was told they had the item, I’m not sure why it took nine months to get it back to me even though I’ve gone back into the store many times asking if they had the billfold. But at the end of the day I’m glad to have my billfold back, so thank you very much United Market for being honest and returning my billfold with everything in tact even my cash.PH”

“I had to make a grocery run after midnight and was so pleasantly surprised at the helpful and good mood of staff at that hour. There were a few shady characters walking around the store just texting and not shopping and almost just walking in circles, not sure if they were homeless or needed just a place to be, but they weren’t a bother to anyone it didn’t seem like. I had a great experience.”

Marlene did us an amazing job! After Market Street turned us away, they picked us up with no problem! She couldn't do the cake we wanted due to needing at least a month to order what she needed to accommodate. Understandable, since it was short notice. The job she did was beyond what we had imagined. “During hard times like funerals buying flowers is not an easy thing to do. The last thing you want to have happen is have the flower shop gouge you. I searched online several flower shops in the area and they all seemed pretty high priced for what you got. The funeral director told me about Market Street and said they get a lot of flowers from there and they are always very nice so I called. I am so glad I did. The saleswoman was so sweet. I needed something but didn't really know exactly what and told her to make it BIG and beautiful and above all "Classy" because my best friends mom was just that. A classy woman! She even helped me with the card. I started it and she helped me make it absolutely perfect. I am so grateful for her on that day when it was so hard. She made it a special occasion during a very hard time. My friend sent me a thank you that said it took up the whole of one wall and was "BREATHTAKING". I am sure from looking at photos online that Market Street did this for 10%-20% what other florists in the area would have charged me. Not only that, but she was so patient and caring with me. I wanted to personally thank her.”
“I had trouble with a pop tire I was able to drive it in, but unfortunately lost my wheel lock and could not get it off until Kevin here had a special tool and he was able to take the wheel off saving me hundreds of dollars between towing and then having it installed at another shop I really appreciate what he did and the work that they do here Thank you so much Kevin I appreciate you!”
“Walmart pharmacy on Quaker &114. Outstanding customer service, they greet you with a smile and get you out in a timely manner. The service wasn’t just pleasant but very personable. Staff always remember me and my family members. Different experience then what you get at the usual chains.The customer service is always willing to go the extra mile. They called me just to tell me about an unexpected charge that insurance won't cover before I showed up for pick up.The customer service is incredible and everyone is super friendly.Best pharmacy around!”
