I don’t live here and never have but I pass by on my way to work constantly and the pool is always on. It’s January why is it still running? That’s an advertisement to your complex that people can see while they drive past that you don’t maintain anything.

Nice apartments but u can't use the pool or the work out room. People pay rent there they should be able to use the amenities .
