Tractor Supply Co. is a neighborhood rural lifestyle store. Customers always enjoy coming to this store and report that the employees have always been very friendly, helpful, and kind. Service is often described as great, with staff right there to help, providing seasoned advice and even assembling items. They help find products, load purchases, and check out customers efficiently. Most experiences are positive, with employees acting with the kindest heart and a smile, making for a better experience. However, on at least one occasion, service was considered pathetic when there was only one employee in the entire store, which was noted as not meeting expectations. The store provides pet supplies, livestock feed, crates, toys, power equipment like mini bikes, workwear, and more.
Definitely some hardworking, knowledgeable staff! Was in the garden section for some fertilizer and Kylar was super kind and helpful about just what I was looking for. 5 stars 👍

much better prices for pet food and meds, and such very helpful staff! I couldn't find a med for my cats, and ended up with three staff helping me find the right one. Very impressive!

When I call for product information and pricing they take the time to go look up and locate what I need!! Very very helpful customer service!!
