“We had the unfortunate experience of driving a loaded cattle pot and blew a rear trailer tire on I-27. Attempted 2 other shops that would not attempt to change a tire on a loaded trailer. We pulled into McWhorters Tire Shop at noon. (By this time blew the other tire on the same axle) They got us in immediately and got straight to work. The blown tire tore out the trailer lights and mudflap. The assistant manager jumped in and helped to rig up the mudflap. Not only did they go above and beyond but their service was phenomenal and had us back on the road in no time!”
“My Rim was damaged beyond repair and they guy helped me out and gave me recommadations on how to handle my warranty. After realizing my rim was close to a blowout he offered to replace my tire with my spare. I really appreciate it and he made such a rough day a lot better!”

“I called Mavis due to needing new brakes. Mitchell answered the phone and that they did have an opening, so I went right over. My wait was on about 5 minutes before the took my car in and started tight to work assessing what needed to be done. After the assessment, Mitchell took me to my car and explained the condition of the brakes. He then took me back inside and explained the options for me. Once the option was decided the crew went right to work replacing the brakes. I waited in the waiting area and was very comfortable. Mitchell is a very good ambassador for Mavis Tire and Brakes, he provided excellent customer service.”
