“It's a clean, well functioning gas station. Even while it's busy, you never wait too long for a pump, prices are reasonable in comparison to other places. If you have a spill or just need help, there's someone there, ready and willing to help.”

“This rating is for Ryan in the tire center! After several issues to get an audibly leaking tire fixed, Ryan was very helpful and kind. Ryan took the extra time to answer all of my questions and look up information on my tire history. As I was leaving Sam's, I noticed that the other tires that weren't worked on this morning were at 31 and 30 psi. I got out of the car to air them a little with my portable inflator. When Ryan saw me doing this, he came out with their air inflator and aired up The remaining three tires. Ryan was not obligated to do that! Ryan went above and beyond this morning to help me. It made my day! It made up for the difficulties I experienced the day before at Sam's Club and with their call center. Thanks Ryan!”
“Good alternative to Sam's club. Offers a variety of bulk items at a reasonable price. I'm a bit disappointed that Costco has not created a way to shop and pay through the app while in the store, allowing you to skip the check out lines. But hopefully, they will do so in the future.”
“Highly recommend! We have been using Costco tires for two vehicles and a camping trailer for many years. They are honest, friendly, helpful, and more than anything dependable to take care of our needs. Today we worked with James, and were very thankful to have his assistance. We showed up with a flat, the tire was ruined but we had the hazard warranty. We arrived without an appointment, but they worked us in. Yes, it took a while - thankful they were willing to help us out giving quality service!!”
“I had trouble with a pop tire I was able to drive it in, but unfortunately lost my wheel lock and could not get it off until Kevin here had a special tool and he was able to take the wheel off saving me hundreds of dollars between towing and then having it installed at another shop I really appreciate what he did and the work that they do here Thank you so much Kevin I appreciate you!”

“I fill up my vehicle every time I go to Lubbock at the Sam’s Club! Have for many years, they do enforce the one way lines and have for awhile, not a problem any more! It’s faster to go early in the morning if possible not as much traffic! I always save on diesel and gasoline when I go, compared to Hobbs,NM, but always when I have a Dr. appointment or vehicle service appointment! You’re welcome!”
“I usually do a pick up order because the store inside on a weekend is absolute chaos. The curbside pick up can be very chaotic because they don't have enough workers to bring out the orders so you have to wait. Yesterday was a rare exception because I was able to get a spot and did not have to wait long.”

“I got 2 briskets from here and I didn’t have to trim them too much. They looked pretty good and did well on the smoker. There was no left over. So pretty good in my opinion. I will return. Just wish they stayed open a little longer.”
