We just finished cleaning our car, and went to push the 'stop' button and it wasn't working. Luckily one of the operators was inside and ran to shut off the bay to repair the button. He was super kind and was able to resolve the issue quickly and professionally!
We will definitely be coming back!”

“I came at 8pm and got coffee and not only did they have coffee but the store was clean and organized. The main reason I'm writing this review is because I met Olivia and she was the sweetest person. I rarely see a good customer service especially at a gas station but Olivia was helpful and adorable.”

“Filled up my 2013 Avalanche with 25 gallons of gas at $1.79 per gallon. I got a $.70 discount from shopping at United Supermarkets in Lubbock. Wonderful people who take your groceries to your vehicle and none of them will accept a tip for what they do. We always shop at United!!!!!!”
“They are very thorough, curtious, and they let you know how and what attention your vehicle needs in order to keep it running smoothly.... I appreciate how well the handle any issues that do occur and if something does go wrong they are very quick to acknowledge it and fix the issue with no problems or hassle..... Thanks guys for such a professional and awesome job!!!!”
“It's a clean, well functioning gas station. Even while it's busy, you never wait too long for a pump, prices are reasonable in comparison to other places. If you have a spill or just need help, there's someone there, ready and willing to help.”

“Went inside for 2 fountain drinks and the 2 ladies working were very nice. One of them ran to open and hold the door for a lady in a wheelchair and they both never stopped talking to me. I appreciate their kindness.”

“Self-serve service station but does have notice at pump if customer needs help. Easy to get to from the street either direction but at rush hour time it is alittle more difficult to enter flow of traffic. Employee was courteous and greeted and offered receipt for purchase. Can pay at the pump or inside. Price was cheaper by a few cents as compared to other locations throughout Lubbock.”
“Bolton's is cheaper for me and you're treat like family. They just need a rewards program BETTER than Murphy's. Give descent POINTS like 6 points on every dollar spent to use towards gas or other products in the store. Murphy's has the same system from when they first started/opened. They're absolutely ridiculous!!! when people are spending their money give something back sometimes!! Bolton's has great prices on everything. Bolton's need to PAY their employees more MONEY because they put up with a lot of nonsense and they're AWESOME. I LAUGH AND SMILE BECAUSE OF THE FRIENGLY EMPLOYEES AT ALL THE STORES. I've noticed different people working more often and they need to PAY at great rate because the EMPLOYEES can't live off of a few hours and A small amount of hours. THIS IS WHY THEY QUIT!! Most all the workers are leaving. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES and STOP letting the GREAT WORKERS LEAVE!!! BOLTON'S YOU HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO UPGRADE THE STORE, GO TO A POINT SYSTEM LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE AND PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES. LET'S TALK ABOUT IT!!!”

“Im a regular here and Im always there. I'll be honest, I hate going to gas stations. Associates always seem to hate their job or the store in general. But not these people. They are very friendly and like getting to know you! They keep the store VERY clean! They keep everything well stocked and looking great! They're helpful and know what they're doing. And although sometimes they have their off days (everyone does) they still do their best to make sure the store runs smoothly. And I just think everyone should stop there and tell them how great they're doing!”

“Always a winner in terms of gas prices. But also a winner at this location is the employees behind the counter, always bubbly they are. They seem to want to go out of their way to make your day better. And the store is always clean and the window washer fluid always full (huge plus in my book). Overall, great experience.”

“They have single one topping pizza promo for $10 & it is amazing! We have 3 boys and cut the pizza and it's more than enough, leaving pizza for later also!! Great deal going on. Get it in deli area where they serve hot foods.”

“My parents who are both in their 90s shop at Market Street on 50th in Lubbock. I really wanted to send the management a nice note about how great the service is. Dad had a list of items to pick up and because they have multiple carts that he can ride in the store, he was able to shop with my assistance and get everything on his list. I was struck by how friendly and helpful all the staff were. Great customer service!!! One man offered to bring the cart to my father. Another very nice young lady followed us out to the car to return the cart. I noticed another man on a cart who purchased a lot of items and several employees helped him out to load his car. You just don't receive this great service at pretty much anywhere. Kudos to United for thinking of seniors and kudos to all the great employees who went out of their way to be helpful.”

“My experience here was kind of a shock. Oil change 98 dollars, got a 25% discount. Couldn't be happier. I liked the place. They are quick and efficient and good people. Oil change was pricey because of the car I have and the oil it requires. I can't complain. I love my car.”
