Not only did he find me the best battery, he removed the old battery and installed the new one! My truck is lifted, and it was unseasonably cold outside- Ali was a pro & so very helpful despite the added complications! I will definitely be coming back for windshield wipers, headlights & anything else that my car needs!”

The work cohesively as a team in all types of weather to make sure you get the right parts, installed or tested within their protocols. Battery returns take time and that may become frustrating for some. There is a good reason for that to make sure they don't go broke replacing good batteries when it is not warranted. “I’ve had the pleasure of working with Caliber Collision twice, and both experiences have been exceptional. David Rojas helped me with the first vehicle repair, and he was incredibly professional, warm, and kind. The repairs were flawless, and the whole process was seamless.
More recently, I worked with Greg Bitzer, the general manager. Greg is genuinely one of the kindest, most communicative, and transparent people I’ve ever worked with in the auto repair world. I usually prefer to communicate by email because of my busy work schedule, and Greg made it easy. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, provided detailed updates, and made sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way. It’s clear he truly cares about both the customers and the quality of work being delivered.
I also want to give a shoutout to the front desk staff. I may be mistaken on her name, but I believe it’s Leslie. She keeps everything running smoothly. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a warm welcome and makes sure every customer is taken care of. She’s also great to chat with, and her professionalism really stands out.
If you ever need collision repairs, I highly recommend this location. Ask for Greg or David. You’ll be in excellent hands.

“JPS Diesel Shop is the place to go if you have a diesel truck, I can assure you. They are experts with all things diesel. I was extremely impressed starting with my first communication with them on the phone. I had a 1-ton diesel GMC pickup truck that had starting and ignition issues, and I had been to more than one shop about it, but it continued to have issues with starting. One shop wanted to replace the starter plus other work that would be over $1,000. I declined because it is an extra vehicle we use to pull our RV, and I called JPS at the request of my wife after she read their reviews. They took an immediate interest in diagnosing and correcting my problem. Since the truck would not start, the owner and a technician came to my house to look at it. With no service call charge. After an inspection, the issue was quickly diagnosed, fixed, and within a few minutes, the truck was running for the first time in many weeks. Now it runs just fine without replacing several parts I thought I may need and that any other shop would surely have charged me accordingly! They are the most honest, respectful and expert diesel mechanics I’ve ever seen. I would take any vehicle to them in confidence that they are the best shop to trust with your vehicle. 5 stars ⭐️ plus!”
