Throughout the entire process, Brandon was incredibly communicative, helpful, and informative. He kept me updated every step of the way and even reached out to my insurance company on my behalf when I was having issues with my rental car. His support made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate.
When I picked up my vehicle, I was able to leave my rental there, and Brandon even offered to quickly vacuum it out so I wouldn’t risk being charged by the rental company. It was a small gesture, but one he absolutely did not have to do, and it speaks volumes about the level of customer service he provides.
The repairs looked great, and Brandon's professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. I highly recommend Harvey’s Collision Center and appreciate everything Brandon did to help me through the process.”
