“My truck battery died Sunday afternoon – after all of the auto shops were closed. I got a jump and ran it up to O'Reilly in Lucas. Ali was incredibly helpful! Not only did he find me the best battery, he removed the old battery and installed the new one! My truck is lifted, and it was unseasonably cold outside- Ali was a pro & so very helpful despite the added complications! I will definitely be coming back for windshield wipers, headlights & anything else that my car needs!”

“I love the honesty of this shop. I went in and ask them to check if there are any holes in my car’s exhaust system. This shop checked it thoroughly and found no issues. They could have sold me anything to make extra bucks, but they stood behind their honesty and did not tried to sell me extra, saving me money. Would definitely recommend this shop.”

“I had damage to my rear quarter panel needing to be fixed and visited several auto body shops in the area. Precision beat all other estimates I received by several hundred dollars. Nick and Frank both struck me as genuine and trustworthy.
As for the work itself, it was immaculate. The color is identical, the recreated pinstripes line up perfectly, no issues with the fuel door, etc. It looks just like it did when I first bought the car. They even went above and beyond and fixed a minor unrelated scratch on the rear passenger door.
On top of all this, the work was completed in a matter of days. Over a holiday weekend, and a day ahead of schedule. Other shops I got quotes from for this work told me I'd be without my vehicle for an entire week.
All in all I was exceptionally pleased with the quality of work, fair pricing, timely service, and genuine professionalism I encountered at Precision. I'm glad I took my car here. Thank you guys!”

From the outset, he provided clear and direct information regarding the available options and associated considerations.
Although it was evident that JR possesses substantial knowledge regarding various vehicle makes and models, he nonetheless took the additional step of contacting the vehicle’s dealership to confirm the technical requirements related to this specific model, particularly concerning the heated seat components. Despite receiving incorrect information from the dealership, JR exercised sound judgment and problem-solving skills to address the issue and ultimately deliver a quality result.
Additionally, JR maintained consistent communication and provided updates throughout the process. His pricing was fair and reasonable in relation to the services performed. Overall, the work was completed professionally and with a commendable level of care.”

Jarod took nearly an hour talking with me, giving his expertise, and then taking my information to get in touch. He reached out several times with options, and when he mentioned a Z400, I took the plunge. He couldn't have been more helpful throughout the process, and I'm proud to have bought my first motorcycle from him.

Kameron and Jess recommended a towing company to get the bike to them, and then when the issue turned out to be only a bent shifter, they fixed it for me (including a 10-mile test ride) at no cost, which is certainly above and beyond expectations. “I’ve had the pleasure of working with Caliber Collision twice, and both experiences have been exceptional. David Rojas helped me with the first vehicle repair, and he was incredibly professional, warm, and kind. The repairs were flawless, and the whole process was seamless.
More recently, I worked with Greg Bitzer, the general manager. Greg is genuinely one of the kindest, most communicative, and transparent people I’ve ever worked with in the auto repair world. I usually prefer to communicate by email because of my busy work schedule, and Greg made it easy. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, provided detailed updates, and made sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way. It’s clear he truly cares about both the customers and the quality of work being delivered.
I also want to give a shoutout to the front desk staff. I may be mistaken on her name, but I believe it’s Leslie. She keeps everything running smoothly. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a warm welcome and makes sure every customer is taken care of. She’s also great to chat with, and her professionalism really stands out.

“Amazing customer experience and customer satisfaction! We dropped off my 2022 Camry due to a rearview mirror I had broken. Mind you this is also a mirror that has Blindspot as well as moves so I was expecting it to cost a decent amount. Working with Tyler was a breeze and their pricing was not costing an arm and a leg. They were able to fix the mirror and put in a brand new piece in just a few hours and I had absolutely no issues. We will definitely be using them for any future body repairs!”
