“My experiences with We Fix Em have been excellent.The employees, owners are all very courteous. The mechanics were hand picked to insure quality staff.The repairs were done in a timely fashion. The costs were reasonable too.My only problem is that I am a 75yr old handicapped female. There isn’t a sufficient handicapped access regarding parking and then walking into the building. There is a concrete steep( to me) handicap style ramp entrance.My concern regarding falling is my problem. But I’ll make every effort to continue to use We Fix Em.I understand the owners are looking at relocating which - hopefully may address the handicapped and waiting room accommodations issues .They are a 5 star auto repair shop.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement”

“We have bought 4 Hondas from loving Honda over the years. Today the managers of the Parts department, service department and I think the general manager met my wife when she was upset. First, I've been married to her 44 years and I have learned how to deal with her when she believes she has been wronged. Today Honda managers learned. From what I hear, they did an outstanding job at understanding why she got upset. We were loading groceries and anything else we bought on the back seat due to our hatch motor not working. This includes cases of bottled water. I admit it was pretty difficult being up in age as we are. But I sold auto parts for 15 years and she for about 7. She knows how to find parts, and she did find it. The part for her car. She called and yelled at Chris in service( sorry Chris). He did fantastic with her. They all agreed with her on every gripe she had. That did it. When she came home she was so happy. Those men had made her feel good about Lovimg Honda again. Guys, I'll take it from here. I just want to thank you for being understanding with her. Don't worry I'll do my best to buy our next Honda from y'all. If you'll let us. “We brought our Mazda Miata in for A/C service. We had to wait several weeks for an appointment and once our day arrived we dropped it off for service. The garage is tough getting into at 8am when coming from downtown Lufkin due to the heavy in-bound traffic into the city. Next time we will drop it off the day prior if possible to save the long wait to turn. The shop called me with an estimate and once I authorized the repair, they called to let me know it was finished. The price seemed fair for the work done and the air conditioning is once again blowing cold air. I would say the combination of good customer service and fair pricing makes this an excellent place to get your car repaired . From the number of cars and trucks in the lot, I'd guess many others have also come to this conclusion . They were voted one of the Best of Lufkin Car Repair shops and we have to agree.”
