“Ran into our local store yesterday and was blown away by the two young ladies working. I was greeted by both in a cheery professional manner. They let me know that they now have shipping to the store so if I found something and needed a different size, that was no problem. I watched the way they interacted with each other and you could tell that they both enjoyed what they were doing. “So I haven’t been to Lufkin mall in years and let me tell you. I went into BELLA BUNNY and instantly was in love. The staff was absolutely incredible!!! I have never seen customer service done as such. when I went in there literally they didn’t have all the sizes I needed for my girls. But mind you this is the day before Thanksgiving. I was last minute trying to find my babies all the same outfits. The ladies went out of their way and called different locations trying to make sure my babies would all match. and guess what they found 3 matching outfits !!! This lady met me in Corrigan with the right sizes for my babies. After business hours ?. that blew my mind so If there was a scale they SURPASSED IT 10000 times over, THEY ARE absolutely incredible people!!!
